My Ethics

When governments fear the people, there is liberty.
When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.
The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."

First they came for the Communists,
and I didn’t speak up,
because I wasn’t a Communist.
Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn’t speak up,
because I wasn’t a Jew.
Then they came for the Catholics,
and I didn’t speak up,
because I was a Protestant.
Then they came for me,
and by that time there was no one
left to speak up for me.

First they took away our REPUBLIC,
and I didn’t speak up,
because I did not understand what I lost.
Then they came for the my gun rights,
and I didn’t speak up,
because I wasn’t paying attention.
Then they came for my freedom of expression on internet, email, and news reports,
and I did not speak up.
Then they came for my rights to home school my kids,
and I didn’t speak up against them and was not allowed to be heard, because I was a Home School MOM.
Then they came for me,
and by that time there was no one
left to speak up for me.
